Zion Spearman
Zion started Spearman Cloud Consulting after seeing how difficult it can be for businesses to keep up with technology while also managing day-to-day operations. Many organizations know they need stronger cybersecurity, better cloud systems, or want to explore AI, but they may not have a large internal technology team or the specialized expertise needed to determine where to begin.
With a background in cybersecurity, cloud technology, Microsoft Azure, and technology operations, Zion built Spearman Cloud Consulting around a simple principle: understand the business first, then recommend technology that actually makes sense for it — providing practical, security-focused solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and AI without unnecessary complexity or pressure to purchase technology that isn’t needed.
Zion also wanted clients to receive a more personal consulting experience. Clients work directly with him and get technology explained in a way business owners can understand — what is being recommended, why it matters, and how it helps their business move forward — with recommendations built around their actual business rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
